DPI Inc. offers free Estimate of Repair (EOR). The Customer merely sends the instrument to our facility and we conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the as found condition and make recommendations for the required repairs. Some instruments require a complete rebuild, others require minor repairs or adjustment and calibration. Upon approval of the EOR by the Customer, we will perform the timely repair and provide a quick turnaround. In the event the repair of the instrument is found not to be economically feasible , we will offer a replacement.
